Every year, Highland Terrace PTA recognizes volunteers and staff members for their contributions to our students and school community with these special awards. This is the highest honor bestowed by WSPTA and is presented to a PTA leader/volunteer who may already have been honored, but who has continued to play an active role by giving extraordinary volunteer service to children. This person works for ALL children beyond the bounds of a job description, PTA unit, or specific school community.

Think of an individual โ a teacher, assistant, custodian, bus driver, administrator, or community member โ who has gone beyond the normal expectations of their job to make the learning environment fun, beneficial, and challenging. There are many that have directly influenced the success of our students.
