Hip Hop Kids Dance Fitness

Grades: K–5
Time: Thursdays 3:40–4:40pm
Dates: April 11–June 13 (no class April 25)
Fee: $189

This class from Seattle Dance Fitness features kid-friendly routines based on original hip hop and pop choreography. We lead the kids through fun follow-along dance fitness songs, break down the steps, play dance games, and have plenty of time to FREE dance with scarves, hula hoops, and more. Instructors also take time each week to educate the students on the history of hip hop music and culture.

Please note this is not a traditional studio style dance class where the focus is on performing and perfecting steps. We are all about getting the kids enjoying simply MOVING their bodies for fitness and for fun! No dance experience necessary.
