Due to the generous support of our families, the HT PTA is able to support, fund and host several Highland Terrace activities. The Mini-Grant Program is one such program which has funded $4,000 to Highland Terrace in the form of Mini-Grants. Mini Grant funded projects for the school year include:
- “Learning to Get Along” Series (15 paperback books)
- Scale Models of The Solar System
- Assembling a Sensory Loan Closet
- White Boards for Math
- An organized classroom
- Audio Receiver and Instruments
- Let’s Grow HT’s Die Cut Station
- Air Science Workshop with Rick Hartman’s “School of Toy”
- Wireless Microphone System
