6:30–8:00pm
Soft opening: 6:00pm
Science Night is one of Highland Terrace’s biggest annual events featuring activities and exhibits from local organizations and student groups. Join us for an evening dedicated to all things science where families can meet professional scientists, engage in experiments, see live animals, and more.
General admission for the event begins at 6:30pm. We’re holding a soft opening at 6:00pm for families who would benefit from a smaller crowd.
The event is free and open to everyone. Science Night is not a science fair–no need to bring anything other than curiosity and excitement. We hope to see you there!
Exhibits and Activities
This year we have 19 confirmed exhibitors, featuring:
- Outdoor petting zoo
- Live reptiles, amphibians, and fish
- Robots
- Hands-on experiments
- Crafts
- Interactive activities
- And more!
Volunteers Needed
We need help from a few volunteers on the day of the event. Help set up, manage crowds at the petting zoo, and clean up. Dinner provided for volunteers.
