DESCRIPTION:Who:  Highland Terrace PTA is offering an informational night for Detectives Batt and Kieland from King County Sheriff’s Office to do a 30-45 minute presentation followed by a 15-30 minute Q & A session with parents.\n \nWhat:  Parent Education Night will include the following topics:  \n\n\nInternet Safety Tips & Guidelines—including recommended Apps for parents to monitor child use of internet\nHome & Neighborhood Safety—for kids that may be home alone during the summer\nStranger Danger advice—suggestions/tips on how to talk to our children about difficult or unsafe situations they may encounter (in person or online)    \nDetectives are available to answer any questions related to these topics after the presentation\n\n\nWhen:  June 6th from 6:30-8:00 pm  (no childcare provided)\n \nWhere: Highland Terrace Cafeteria
